Is it ok to remove acrylic nails before the grow out or start to lift?

I just got my acrylic nails done a week ago. I want to take them off soon. Is it ok to take them off befor they start to lift or grow out? Will this damage my nails? Is it ok to remove acrylic nails before the grow out or start to lift?
depending on the strength of the adhesive and the amount of pressure the nails have been under, the amount of damage to your nails varies. i've done this before, and my nails recovered reasonable fast, but i kept them covered with a clear nail-strengthening polish. a good way to test if pulling of the nails will damage your nails is to take a nail file and stick it between the fake nail and real nail by your cuticles and see how much it hurts to pry it off. if you planned to soak the nails off in acetone, you will probably suffer very little damage. Is it ok to remove acrylic nails before the grow out or start to lift?
yes but make sure u use a nail remover product or just soak in acetone nail polish remover
It would be fine if you soak them in acetone polish remover. For the lenght of time you've had them on, you should have No damage to you nails. I hope this answers your question.
yes but steep your nails in acetone to soften them your nails will be ruined anyway because acrylics tend to do so but by soaking them before taking them off will give you less chance of brittle nails. apply some clear polish on your nails once they are off as this will harden the nail plate because acrylics soften them. you should go for a manicure and french polish this is the easier way and is so relaxing you obviously get very bored with acrylics as they are meant to last 4 - 6 weeks

french polish would suit you best and cause less damage. good luck x
yes it will damage your nails but this will happen no matter when you take the acrylic nails off. The longer you let the nails grow out, the less damage there will be. It will look like you nails are peeling when you take the acrylic ones off, so you will need to buff your nails then put some sort of repair polish or just clear polish on them.
